Our Story

New Hope Baptist Church started in 1990 when several Koreans in the Carmel area wanted to start a church that theologically and idealogically identified with the Southern Baptist convention. Part of the church's vision from the beginning was to serve and disciple all who came to the church, not only Koreans. For this reason, an English ministry soon started and has continues to the present. 

Through the years the church has grown, but we still have a strong focus on discipleship.
